Substance Abuse

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

IOP is our intensive outpatient program, which meets three times a week for three hours in each group session. This program offers group therapy to assist with skill development, emotion regulation, and long-term recovery planning. During this time, you will be meeting with an individual therapist to address personal treatment plan goals on a more individualized basis. Some topics of the IOP include triggers and warning signs, relapse stages, and prevention and understanding of moods and emotions.

Outpatient Program (OP)

We offer specialized outpatient treatment programs to meet your individual needs through each phase of recovery. We treat the following substance use disorders:

  • Drug Addiction: Whether you’re addicted to illicit or prescription drugs, your treatment plan will be personalized to meet your unique challenges.
  • Alcohol Addiction: Alcohol addiction is a complex condition that can disrupt your life in many different ways. We’ll help you put the pieces back together.
  • Co-Occuring Mental Health Disorders: Substance use disorder is a complex condition that is many times associated with other mental health issues. We deal with substance abuse while also addressing underlying issues and causes for addiction.

An outpatient program is a practical next step to gain valuable skills and guidance to help you succeed on your recovery journey, one day at a time. You’ll attend individual and group therapy sessions at our outpatient program as well as skill-building sessions, but with less of a time commitment than our intensive outpatient program.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Suboxone, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol are used to help reduce cravings and maximize healing.

Co-occurring

Addiction and mental health issues often go hand-in-hand. Undiagnosed mental health disorders can lead someone to “self-medicate” as a way to manage symptoms, or someone with an addiction may find mental health conditions are exacerbated by substance use. A dual diagnosis happens when two co-occurring disorders are identified. Treating both together offers the best possibility of true, lasting recovery.

Family Matters Program

Addiction is a family disease and impacts the whole family. Family Matters is designed to provide education, support and coping skills to assist family members of the addict with their own journey of healing. We will provide information on the disease of the addiction and teach skills that are beneficial for healthy supportive relationships.

Faith-based Programs

We serve the faith-based community by providing specific curriculum, therapy and tools to guide you in healing through your faith in God. In faith based counseling, this means providing science-based counseling techniques from a professional who shares, or at least understands without judgment, the faith of their client. You can request a clinician that will work with you to find the right fit.
