If you're seeking healing and well-being, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor offering a safe, supportive space for individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in trauma recovery, family therapy, and supporting parents of neurodivergent children and teens.
With a MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, my approach blends evidence-based and somatic practices to help clients tap into their resilience and inner strength. Outside of work, I recharge on the water—paddle boarding, playing, and making memories with my husband of 25 years and our three kids. I believe in celebrating life’s moments and bringing that same hope and joy into the therapy room.
